Matchbox 11B ERF Petrol Tanker ESSO reproduction decals various colours sizes
in waterslide as original and pre-cut for ease of application
The Lesney model of the 11b ERF petrol tanker joined matchbox 1-75 series in 1955.
It was firstly released in green, but soon after it changed to either light or darker yellow and finally shades of red.
The red version was decorated with 10mm or 13mm wide ESSO decal on the rear of the tank.
A very short run had 10mm or 13mm ESSO decals applied to both side of the tank which is a very rare version.
large blue 20mm for tank end
smaller blue or black 17mm
black 13mm for sides
